Hi Michael,
I'm not sure what you mean by “problems with dental implants.” Is the person experiencing pain, looseness, or difficulty chewing? In any case, you should take the person to see the dentist who did the implant and explain the problems. Ideally, that dentist should understand and have experience with dementia.
Additionally, you can try serving foods that are easy to chew, a soft diet, and encourage liquids.
