Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your CD-ROM for any reason, we will accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • We will accept returns of CD-ROMs for manufacturing defects within 30-days of your purchase date. We will replace the item or refund the cost of the item(s) as well as shipping charges - original cost plus shipping. If you wish a replacement disk, we will send a new disk and include in the shipment, a pre-paid return envelope for the damaged disk.
  • We will accept returns of new, unopened disks in the original shipping condition that you no longer want because you have changed your mind. We will refund the cost of the items, but not shipping charges. Please contact to obtain a return authorization number, which must be included in your return shipment. This number will be provided to you by our Customer Service representative when you complete your return request and allows us to identify, track and process your order. If your item is sent to us without this authorization number it cannot be processed.

All refunds are made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned product. Refunds typically take 48 - 72 hours to post to the credit card.
