Orders will ship by United States Postal Service ("USPS") Express Mail, Priority Mail, First Class Mail, or Global Express. Shipping charges are calculated using USPS actual charges and will be automatically calculated based on the items you order. All orders will include a USPS Delivery Confirmation. This USPS service fee is noted separately on the shipping information.
LightBridge does not charge a handling fee.
Estimated delivery time once we ship your order is 2-3 days for items shipped via USPS Priority Mail, but is not guaranteed for delivery in that time. For guaranteed delivery within 1 – 2 days, please select Express Mail.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order, listing the item(s) and quantity ordered, and total cost of the product, tax if applicable and shipping.
We cannot ship to multiple addresses from the same order. If you want to ship items to multiple addresses you must place separate orders for each shipping address.
If your order is undeliverable, it will be returned to us and we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout that your order could not be delivered. We will automatically refund the cost of the order, but not the shipping costs.
