TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS:

PROBLEM: Program won't start:

Place the disc in your computer with the label side up.
‘AutoPlay' may be turned off for your CD/DVD drive.
You can start the program by opening ‘My Computer", locate and open your CD/DVD drive and double click Start.exe

PROBLEM: Program does not display correctly:

This program must run at a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768.
Higher resolutions should work correctly, although there will be extra space around the edges.
To check your screen resolution, use Display in the Windows Control Panel. Click the Settings tab to view your current resolution, and adjust it if necessary.

PROBLEM: No sound

Check all speaker connections. Some speakers systems need to be powered on.
Adjust speaker volume knobs, and the Windows volume control (click the Speaker icon near the time in the lower right corner of your desktop).
Try adjusting the volume control in the lower left corner of the screen while the program is running.

PROBLEM: Poor video or performance

Some minor pauses and hesitation are normal due to standard PC technology, but should not be so severe as to interfere with your ability to use the program.
Close all other programs before inserting the disc.
Computers that do not meet the minimum requirements will have more difficulty playing this high quality program smoothly.
